Information Centre
The Bovey Tracey Information Centre is located in the car park on Station Road directly opposite the Devon Guild of Craftsmen and is open seven days a week from March to November from 10.00am to 5.00pm.
The Information Centre is staffed by a team of around 20 volunteers whose extensive local knowledge is put to the test by some 20,000 visitors and members of the local community every year. The Information Centre provides a single point of contact where visitors and local residents can access a variety of information relevant to Bovey Tracey and the surrounding area, particularly Dartmoor National Park.
If you need to know about local shops and services, places to visit, things to do, where to stay, where to eat, buses, trains, theatres, cinemas, where to walk or cycle, if you need maps, books, postcards or that special local souvenir, then drop in and see us.
