Tenders are invited for the maintenance of Town Council owned spaces for a two year period from 1st January 2017 – 31st December 2018, with a possible extension for up to a further 2 years.
Persons wishing to tender for this work must be able to provide proof of certificates of competence and effective Health & Safety documents. Proof of Public Liability Insurance will also be required, as well as evidence of previous experience of works of this nature.

Completed tenders should be submitted in an envelope which will only be issued on completion of an Expression of Interest form which must be received by the Town Clerk no later than Friday 7th October 2016.
