Tenders are invited for the maintenance of Town Council owned spaces for a two year period from 1st January 2017 – 31st December 2018, with a possible extension for up to a further 2 years.
Persons wishing to tender for this work must be able to provide proof of certificates of competence and effective Health & Safety documents. Proof of Public Liability Insurance will also be required, as well as evidence of previous experience of works of this nature.
