The Preservatory

We are centrally located in the small town of Bovey Tracey, affectionately known as ‘The Gateway to the Moors’. Situated at the top of Fore Street, our renovated outbuilding is arranged over two floors, and offers exclusive one bedroomed self-contained living. The accommodation is to the rear of the main house and access is gained via our integral garage. There is ample outside space for both dining and relaxing.rnrnPermit parking for one vehicle is included for use in the three local car parks, the nearest being less than 200m from the house. rnrnWe are within walking distance of an array of local pubs, eateries and unique shops and also ideally situated for easy access to walking/cycle paths, Dartmoor National Park and the coast.
